New York City Mayor Eric Adams is now backing Andrew Cuomo in the mayoral election. Adams had accused his former challenger of being a “snake and a liar” just a few weeks ago. Adams appeared alongside Cuomo Thursday to announce the endorsement, part of an effort to bolster the former governor’s campaign against frontrunner Zohran Mamdani less than two weeks before the November election.
